Terms of Use

Maui Whale Watching Tours is an independent guide to whale watching tours on Maui. We do not operate tours ourselves.

Bookings

Tours are run by independent, licensed operators. When you book, your contract is with the tour operator, and their terms, cancellation policies and safety rules apply.

Accuracy

We work to keep tour details, prices and schedules accurate, but they can change. The operator’s booking page always has the latest information.

Liability

Ocean activities carry inherent risks. We are not responsible for the services of any operator listed on this site.
